Why KSM-66

We chose KSM-66 because it is the most extensively studied and rigorously tested Ashwagandha extract in peer-reviewed literature. It is the subject of 24+ published clinical papers in academic journals (Chandrasekhar et al., 2012; Choudhary et al., 2017; Langade et al., 2019), which have examined the ingredient in a variety of research contexts. We reference these publications as context about the ingredient itself; as a dietary supplement, our product does not claim to produce any specific physiological or medical effect in the individual who consumes it. Its unique water-based extraction method preserves the full spectrum of natural compounds found in the root, delivering a consistent, transparent ingredient. Unlike many competing extracts that rely on chemical solvents such as methanol or hexane during processing, KSM-66's proprietary water-based extraction uses no alcohol or synthetic chemicals, resulting in a cleaner end product. This process has earned KSM-66 a Green Chemistry certification, recognizing its commitment to environmentally responsible manufacturing. The distinction matters: chemical solvent extraction can degrade sensitive compounds and leave trace residues, while the water-based method retains the root's natural phytochemical profile intact.
