2. Orders & Fulfillment

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. A tracking number is provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Livaya reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or exceed reasonable personal-use quantities. In such cases, a full refund will be issued promptly.

3. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return by contacting us at support@livaya.store. Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
